The Scoop: Major redesign of the checkout process was needed to bring it up to date, increase shop-tp-buy conversion, and streamline the backend. This was a big project that took a couple of monthes to complete; the QA alone took several weeks. But when it was done we had a stable, effective system with abandonment.
